The Innkeepers

Yankee Pedlar Inn Hotel
Address: 93 Main St, Torrington, CT
I stayed here in the famous room which is haunted in the movie and supposedly haunted in real life as well. We thought it was an enjoyable night stay. The hotel is very historic and nothing has changed much since the movie. The experience will always be a memory I won't forget....and no, I didn't get haunted.

Camp Crystal Lake aka Camp No-Be-Bo-Sco
Enter at your own risk. This is a no trespassing boy-scout campsite. The owners know this is a famous movie site and probably don't take too kindly to tourists. On that note, we chose to enter. We first had passed just to see a truck waiting and blocking the entrance. We drove around the corner a bit and came back to find him gone. Perhaps it was meant to be after that. We got in, took a long moment to breathe everything in, took pictures and got out. We took a chance and now I have a happy memory I'll never forget.
